Guide to play Quake 4 Q4MAX 0.82

Q4MAX 0.82

Step 1) Download and install the full game (for reasons of respect and illegality are not going to put on a guide post any link to download the game). If the desicion of you is do not buy it, they can get from torrents / fps / among others. Remember that the installation should make a cd-key, which probably (if they get off the game) will come in a file with extension. Nfo (in most cases this file is located in Deviance \ deviance.nfo) . From now I'll leave a key valid for installation in case you fail to find this file: 9TFP-TXCG-XFMM-XXR9-9DGT


Step 2) Once you install it properly should sell off.
The patch is located in the Deviance folder (the same place where they got the key from the nfo of the installation), is called "quake4.exe." This file will have to stick at top of. Exe original genre when they installed the game.
If they fail to find this file, then I leave the. Exe Pacha: quake4.exe patch download.
After the pacha, should upgrade making the latest version of the game, which is the full version 1.4.2, which can be downloaded from the link below or ACA


Step 3) Once you have the game installed properly and pacha and upgraded to latest version (do not run the game yet eh!) Must modify a file so that when the game is run for the first time do not enter online to see if original or trout have it, because if you check it is going to ask for a cd-key just entered the game and if we do not have the original game is not going to start and stop play.

This file is to be amended without extention and is in: C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts.
Open it with notepad and add these two lines below the one already (which is this: 127.0.0.1 localhost):
127.0.0.1 q4master.idsoftware.com
127.0.0.1 idnet.ua-corp.com
Once these three lines are one above another, taxing the file and close it.


Step 4) Q4 servers have the mod that is playing called "Q4MAX."
They should have it mandatory to play and access most of the servers. The current version of this mod is a 0.82. In case you do not, descargenlo from here or from here just as they leave the official site Q4MAX.
CLARIFICATION: Descomprimanlo and put the corresponding folder in the directory quake4.
Recommendation: If you had installed a previous version q4max recommend you delete the folder and install the new version directly, so I have no compatibility issues or things like that.


Step 5) The servers have the new maps that are played in Q4 (and without them we can not connect to the server unless the same has the option to autodownload). These maps are used more generally:
Lukin Mappack - Galang 1.1, Monsoon 1.1, Ruiner 1.1, A Man Called Sun
Galang - map_l4dm1_1.pk4
Galang 1.2 - map_l4dm1_2.pk4
Monsoon - map_l4dm2_1.pk4
Ruiner - map_l4dm3_1.pk4
A Man Called Sun - map_l4dm4.pk4
Tmp Pack02 - map_tmp02.pk4
Fool's Run Remix - map_xftourney1x.pk4
Placebo Effect - map_wvwq4dm1.pk4
Torment - map_ktonq4dm2_final.pk4
True Carnage - map_ktonq4dm4.pk4

With all these maps we can connect to most of the servers of Q4MAX directly. If we are missing any of these files can not play up to them, so Lower him all.

pues si! pero no quiero la 0.82 por que ya la tengo otra cosa la vercion que quiero es q4max 0.87 gracias de igual forma por el faro pero quiero esa vercion deecho si hay solo que cada ves que quiero descargarla da error en la descargar omg aver si que se puede aser...
